Black Ice Motor Room is the alternative rock project of Brisbane singer-songwriter Jack Benfield. Launched in 2021, the project is built on a massive wall of sound—heavy guitar riffs, soaring melodies and a raw, uncompromising energy.

Brought to life both on stage and in the studio by a fluid lineup of backing musicians, Black Ice Motor Room is ultimately driven by Jack’s sharp, narrative-driven songwriting.
